Description
Piezoelectric  transducer uses the piezoelectric effect to realize transducer between electric and sound energy. It comprises a radiation head, electrode, cap, prestressed bolt, piezoelectric chip and an insulating tube. The piezoelectric transducer is widely used in ultrasonic cleaning machine and high-power industry  welding and drilling-devices.
1. High efficiency: high mechanical parameter Q, the transducer efficient between electricity and sound above 95%.
2. High amplitude: the transducer strength is improved by fixing the high speed vibrator directly on the base of washing groove with bolt. Compare with a magnetic expansion vibrator, its amplitude can be improved above 50%.
3. Good heat resistance: a large range of working temperature, low resonance impedance and heat productivity.
4. Good construction: fastened by bolt, easy for assembling, high reliability.     
This type product imported from Japan formula materials, superior performance and better temperature stability and can work at lower temperatures. Also uses an advanced white glaze (polymer) electrode forms of protection, acid, alkali and hydrogen peroxide corrosion, prolonging the life of the product. The glaze is green glaze, with ROHS certification.
